These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Active Social Shop at activesocialshop.com (the "Platform"). By registering for or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Platform.
- You agree to provide accurate registration details and to keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Each person may hold one account. We may suspend or close duplicate, fraudulent, or abusive accounts.
2. Wallet and Payments
- Purchases on the Platform are made from a prepaid wallet. You fund your wallet by depositing through our payment providers — Kora Pay (in Nigerian Naira) or Cryptomus (in cryptocurrency, displayed in US Dollars and converted to your Naira wallet balance at the prevailing rate).
- Minimum and maximum deposit amounts, and any applicable fees or promotional bonuses, are shown at the time of deposit.
- Wallet funds are intended for purchasing services on the Platform. Wallet balances are generally non-transferable and are not a deposit-taking or banking service.
- Prices are set in Naira and may be shown in US Dollars for crypto deposits. Service prices are derived from our upstream providers plus a service margin and may change at any time without notice.
3. Services
3.1 Social Media Growth (SMM) Services
SMM Services (for example, followers, likes, views, and similar engagement) are fulfilled by third-party providers. You are responsible for supplying a correct, public target link or username. Delivery speeds and start times are estimates, not guarantees. Because these services depend on external platforms and providers, we do not guarantee that delivered engagement will be permanent, and we are not responsible for drops caused by the target platform.
3.2 SMS Verification Numbers
SMS Services provide temporary virtual numbers to receive one-time verification codes. Numbers are supplied by our upstream provider and are shared, non-exclusive resources. A code is not guaranteed to arrive for every service, and some destinations or services may reject virtual numbers. Where a number fails to receive a code within the allowed window or is cancelled before any code is received, the charge is refunded to your wallet in accordance with Section 4.
3.3 Long-Term Number Rentals
Rentals let you keep a number for a fixed duration (from hours up to the maximum period offered) and receive multiple codes during that window. The available durations, quantities, and prices are set by the upstream provider and shown before purchase. Rentals are non-refundable once purchased, including if you end the rental early. Numbers automatically expire at the end of the paid period.
4. Refunds and Wallet Credits
- SMS activations: if a number is cancelled before any code is received, or fails within the allowed time, the amount is automatically returned to your wallet.
- Rentals: non-refundable once the number is issued, as described in Section 3.3.
- SMM orders: handled according to the status reported by the upstream provider; partial or failed orders may be credited in line with provider outcomes.
- Wallet credits from refunds and bonuses are for use on the Platform. Except where required by law, deposits and wallet balances are not redeemable for cash and are non-withdrawable.
5. Referral Programme
You may earn wallet commissions when users you refer make qualifying deposits, at the rate advertised on the Platform. Referral rewards must not be obtained through self-referral, fake accounts, or other manipulation. We may withhold or reverse rewards and suspend accounts that abuse the programme, and we may change or end the programme at any time.
6. Promotional Codes and Bonuses
Promo codes and deposit bonuses are subject to their stated conditions, including minimum deposit amounts, usage limits, and expiry dates. They carry no cash value, may not be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn or modified at any time. We may revoke bonuses obtained through error, fraud, or abuse.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree that you will not use the Platform or any number, code, or service obtained through it to:
- break any law or regulation, or facilitate fraud, phishing, spam, harassment, or impersonation;
- create or verify accounts in violation of a third-party platform's terms, or in a way that harms others;
- receive sensitive personal, financial, or governmental communications on shared virtual numbers;
- resell, sublicense, or misrepresent the services in breach of these Terms;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its providers; or
- initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of SMM and SMS Services complies with the terms of any third-party platform (such as social networks or apps) you interact with. Active Social Shop is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any such platform.
8. Third-Party Services and Availability
The Platform depends on upstream service providers and payment processors. Availability of specific services, countries, numbers, or prices can change or be interrupted without notice. We do not control and are not responsible for the acts, omissions, downtime, or policies of these third parties.
9. Service Provided "As Is"
The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific verification code, delivery, or result will be achieved.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Active Social Shop and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim, or the balance credited to your wallet for that order.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, cancel orders, or withhold funds where we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, or where required by law. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Active Social Shop and its operators from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of the rights of any third party.
13. Intellectual Property
The Platform, its branding, and its content are owned by Active Social Shop or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our written permission.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nigeria for any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform.
